Mike left to start his assignment in Abu Dhabi; he was gone three loooong weeks. When he is out of town, the evenings really drag. We try and get out of the house after picking Olivia up from the bus stop to help pass the time. This day, I we needed to hit the mall to pick up some Christmas shoes for the girls. They always ask to ride the train and since we had no reason to rush home, I said "yes!". They loved it :)
A couple days later, we went to the carwash to enjoy spraying the cars with the soap gun and their free popcorn!
My awesome Aunt Murf comes over at least a couple times to bring us dinner while Mike is away.
Olivia went into the other room one night and wrote this little note, : "I love my mom and dad but my dad is gon for nite (nineteen) daes (days) I mis my dad". I text this photo to Mike, break our hearts :(
