I'm FIVE!

This was the first birthday where Olivia just could not wait for the day to come.  She was soo excited.  So many of the kids in her class had already turned 5 and we had been to their birthday parties; she couldn't wait for it to be her turn to actually be FIVE!

For her "family birthday party", she said she wanted to go to Nonna and Papa's house and eat yummy treats made by Nonna (smart girl, she knows Nonna makes the best!).  The last present she opened that night was the guidebook to DISNEY WORLD!!!!  We waited to tell her until her actual birthday that we were leaving the next day to take just her to Disney!

With her "5" and Minnie Mouse balloons (before she knew the significance of the Minnie balloon).

 First treat, rainbow sherbet

Present time!  A razor...which we still haven't even gotten out of the box!

Mike is so sweet!  He went to this little children's boutique and bought Olivia three of her favorite nightgowns.  They are super flowy and silky, very girlie for our girlie girl.  She was so excited.

She finally got Molly!  She has been asking for Molly since before Christmas.  She got Emily for Christmas and Molly is Emily's best friend.  She was THRILLED!

The neighbors accross the street from us have a croquet set that they set up and play with in their front yard.  Olivia loves to go and watch them.  Nonna, Papa and Aunt Carrie found a children's croquet set for her birthday!

She requested pink frosting with a cherry on top birthday cakes, and Nonna delivered!

Circus

The circus was in town!  It was Eliza's first time.  We went with both sets of grandparents and we all had such a fun time!  I love the circus and hope the animals are happy putting on such an amazing show for us.

A little nervous about posing with a clown at the pre-show.  Eliza wanted NOTHING to do with this!

An elephant came out and painted for the crowd.

Famingo Birthday Party!

One night while Olivia was in the bath, she slid down the back of the tub and into the water.  Right then she decided she wanted to have a water slide birthday party.  We found some cute flamingo things and decided to make it a flamingo water slide party!  We rented a water slide bounce house--so much fun!  Her party almost got rained out, but thankfully about 20 minutes after the party started, it quit raining!  Olivia was thrilled that she could swim and slide with all of her friends.

In her flamingo bathing suit, waiting for everyone to come over to celebrate!

 Getting brave, going face first

Once all of the kids left, the fun for the adults started!  Daddy went down with both girls.

Mama went down with Maya (she didn't like it, if you were wondering)!!

 The whole family together

 Getting warm with Nonna

Uncle Matt and Uncle Joel got really crazy.  Going down on their feet, head first, backwards, bouncing down.  It was absolutely hysterical!  We got some awesome videos :)  Only problem, we all woke up the next day with whiplash!  We were all so very sore.  We found out that we were not so young after all!

The next morning, Aunt Murf came over to try out the slide too.   So fun.
