Easter Egg Hunt at School

Olivia had to decorate an egg carton to bring to the egg hunt at school.  I got really into it and spent a ridiculous amount of time making it perfect!  Olivia helped...a little :)

I painted it with acrylic craft paint.  Then sprayed it with adhesive spray and sprinkled it with glitter.  I made some flowers with coordinating cupcake liners.  Then found some Washi tape that matched perfectly and added some foam letters and jewels.  Olivia loved it and thought it was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen! It was perfectly fancy for my fancy girl.

She had to fill it with 12 treat filled eggs.  They numbered all of the children's eggs 1-12 and during the hunt, they had to find one of every number to fill their carton.  I thought that was such a clever idea.  It made the hunt last longer and I loved that she only had 12 eggs of candy and not 50!

The "flowers" I made.

 So proud and excited!

Making sure she didn't already have this numbered egg
