With an expedited passport, we were headed back to Edmonton! Eliza was just 3 weeks old. With 5 checked bags, 4 carry-ons, a stroller, a 3 hour layover, and Olivia developing a 101 fever along the way, we made it! We were a sight to see. Random strangers kept coming up to us to see if they could offer some help. I usually get lots of offers of help because I travel alone with Olivia all the time. I did have Mike with me (for the first time in a year and a half) and we still got lots of offers! Eliza and I set off the metal detector twice while going through security on our layover. This meant we BOTH had to get wanded! I had to hold Eliza out in front of me for her to get checked over with the wand! We looked like a circus!

you should write a book on traveling with babies. You've done it all!
I love your sling. You are an amazing mama.
You definitely earned the award for "Best Mama"! So glad y'all got home safely! Sending lots of good thoughts as you settle into life with two!!!
Yikes - fever on the plane, I hope you arrived with your sanity in tact. Also like the tray table subbing as the changing table :)
