April was a slow month around here following our big trip for Spring Break.

This was Olivia's classroom art project for the Gala fundraiser. Each student colored a picture and my friend, Whitney, decoupaged them on a camel. They went for over $300 each!
One of my weekend honey-do projects. I finally cleaned off our refrigerator and got a board for all of our travel magnets
We decided one weekend to all go on a walk, including our 14 year old Maya. This may have been her last long walk ever. It is just too hot here for her. She truly almost had a heat stroke. We tried giving her a break in the stroller, but she wasn't too keen on the idea. When it got really bad, she gave in and just sat there while Mike ran her home to cool her off. Poor old girl!
Olivia got tired of riding her scooter, so she piled in too. Maya was really not pleased then!
